Today, our students had the incredible opportunity to hear from Thomas Valles, one of the state champion cross country runners featured in the Disney movie “McFarland USA.” 🥇
He shared inspiring stories about the making of the movie, the importance of setting goals, and overcoming obstacles. It was a truly motivational experience for our students, reminding them of the power of perseverance and dedication. 💪🏽 Thank you, Thomas, for inspiring the next generation! 💜👟#Inspiration #GoalSetting #OvercomingObstacles #McFarlandUSA

📢 Donation Drive for Storm Relief! 🌪️❤️💜
We are reaching out to our wonderful community for support! Some dedicated members of our SPS community will be traveling to Newport, Tennessee, on Thursday, the 17th, to help people affected by the aftermath of Hurricane Helene.
To support their efforts, we will be collecting donations at the middle school until next Wednesday. Your contributions will make a significant impact on those in need.
Thank you for your generosity and support! Together, we can make a difference. 💪❤️💜

📣🌟 Middle School Update! 🌟📣 We’ve been buzzing with excitement and activity lately! Our Spirit Week was a huge success, with students and staff showing off their school pride and creativity in various themed days. As well as the district Volleyball game and SMS/SES Title I family information night! 🎉📚 In addition, our students have been spreading positivity and kindness throughout the school by painting kindness rocks. These beautiful, colorful rocks with inspiring messages are now scattered around our community, serving as reminders to be kind and supportive to one another. 🎨💖 We’re so proud of our students’ enthusiasm and dedication to making our school a better place.
